@ Dinakaran anna , Ur point s good but It s better to fight than to keep distance if u are good enough in ur work.. dont bother about surroundings. If we are right , we can easily convince them... ***take care***

@kanjana, as you said if surrounding is not as expected then definitely we should keep distance from them. If you are not agreeing for keep distance, then you should do fight/argue with your surrounding. If you have guts to argue then you can go with that. But nowadays argue/fights are lead to bad things. That’s why I said keep distance. Whats your opinion?

Take it Easy Policy is the right mind set for all days. Just do your work with dedication mostly everything will be good in and around you. If anything goes wrong take it easy policy and if anything goes than you expected in great manner then have a treat and enjoy those moment.
