I disagree with Kanjana. u can keep others as a role model. But you shuld n't loose ur own gud principles. Keep in mind that "No one is perfect expect God"
Having role model is very important. Because every one will be inspired by the activities of someone and like to follow it. Also this kind of mindset is very important because following someone, having great qualities will make us great.
@geeth, I agree with 2nd way. We must be some ones role model. But if you are uncomfortable with your life or work, just have some role model with you who reached the highest biggies cos of his/her hard work.
