GENERAL GUIDELINES:

1. You are requested to confirm your registration by sending us the filled up registration form that we have enclosed along with this invitation on or before 28.09.2009 with clear indication on accommodation. As an alternative you can also register online at www.maduraiguide.com/
2. Only one team per event per college is allowed
3. The names and number of participants for each event should be submitted at the registration desk on the first day itself. On the spot registration for any event will not be entertained.
4. You are requested to reconfirm your registration for each event 15 minutes before the start of the event at the MC cum info desk close to the stage.
5. The college id cards of all participants should be compulsorily surrendered at the registration desk on the first day in which place VYUHA’09  id cards will be given for which two passport size photographs should be brought by each participant. This should be worn by every participant failing which he/she shall be ineligible to compete.
6. Registration fee details are as follows:
   College registration: Rs.1500/-
   Individual accommodation:Rs.100/per head
   Refundable caution deposit:Rs.1000/-
   First rung events:Rs.200 per event.
   All these are to be remitted in cash at the time of registration itself.
7. Food stalls will be made available in the campus. Participants can make use of them.
8.  Vulgarity and indiscipline on and off stage is strictly prohibited. The college can be subjected to disqualification on these grounds.
9. The use of fire, vehicles and animals on stage are not allowed.
10. A participant can participate in any number of events as far as the time schedule doesn’t clash. No requests for adjustment in the schedule will be entertained.
11. Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the campus and at the accommodation site.
12. Rules regarding the schedule of events, number and nature of rounds per event and any other detail regarding any event can be changed by the organizing committee without prior notice.
13. You are requested to contact the info desk now and then for changes in schedule or any other queries.
14. The winner’s trophy carries a prize money of Rs.15,000 First and second runners will take home a cash award of Rs.12,000 and Rs.10,000 respectively.
    The total prize money for first rung events will be Rs.60,000 in cash + gift vouchers.
    The total prize money for second rung events will be Rs.40,000 in cash + gift vouchers.
    The total prize money for third rung events will be Rs.20,000 in cash + gift vouchers.
    The points split up for each of the three rungs will be informed at registration.
    The college scoring highest number of cumulative points will be eligible for winners and runners trophy.
15. Any discrepancies shall be addressed to the organizing committee and its decision will be final and binding.
